Linda G. Burwell is a founding partner at Nemeth Burwell, P.C., a preeminent labor and employment law firm that works exclusively with employers to prevent, resolve, and litigate employment disputes. Ms. Burwell has successfully represented private and public companies in employment matters for the last 25 years and has served as panel counsel on EPL and D&O matters since the inception of EPLI.
