Jurisdictional Area

The jurisdictional area represents the state, county or city in which an alleged incident of employment discrimination took place.

The Los Angeles District Office has jurisdiction over the State of California Counties of Fresno, Imperial, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, Orange, Riverside, San Benito, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Tulare, and Ventura; the State of Hawaii; and the U.S. Possessions of American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and Wake Island.

Fresno Local Office

The Fresno Local Office has jurisdiction over the State of California counties of Fresno, Inyo, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, San Benito, and Tulare.

Honolulu Local Office

The Honolulu Local Office has jurisdiction over the State of Hawaii.

Las Vegas Local Office

The Las Vegas Local Office has jurisdiction over the State of Nevada Counties of Clark, Esmeralda, Lincoln, Mineral, and Nye.

San Diego Local Office

The San Diego Local Office has jurisdiction over the State of California counties of Imperial and San Diego.
