Bass Pro Settlement

The EEOC and Bass Pro have settled the lawsuit brought by the EEOC by Consent Decree on July 25, 2017 for $10.5 million. The Consent Decree was entered by the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas and provides hiring relief in addition to the monetary relief.

The claims administration process for distribution of monetary relief has started and the parties are seeking persons who applied for jobs at Bass Pro stores between 2007 and 2010.  If you applied during this timeframe and believe you were not hired because of discrimination, please provide us your name and information at the following email address: Basspro.lawsuit@eeoc.gov.

Do not contact this email address unless you applied for a job with Bass Pro Outdoor World. If you want advice or have a claim concerning any other employer or respondent covered by EEOC you can contact an EEOC field office, or call toll-free 1-800-669-4000 (or TTY 1-800-669-6820), or email us at info@eeoc.gov.
