||Welcome to the EEOC Milwaukee Area Office located at 310 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 500W, Milwaukee, WI 53203. The office is located downtown on the corner of 3rd and Wisconsin, across the street from the Grand Avenue Mall. The Milwaukee Area Office is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except federal holidays.
Individuals wishing to file a charge of discrimination are encouraged to complete an inquiry questionnaire online or by mail and schedule an intake interview. In-person or telephone interviews can be scheduled for available time slots at 8:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. or 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except federal holidays. Individuals with appointments who arrive late by 15 minutes or more may have to re-schedule their appointments.
Our upcoming Walk-in weeks are as follow:
* November 4, 2019 – November 8, 2019
* December 2, 2019 – December 6, 2019
* January 6, 2020 – January 10, 2020
Walk-ins will be seen during those weeks between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on a first come, first served basis. However, walk-ins who are close to the 300-day statute of limitations will be given priority.
