Individuals wishing to file a charge of discrimination are strongly encouraged to schedule an appointment through the online
Public Portal system. Appointments will be scheduled Monday through Friday in slots starting at 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm. We have a limited number of walk-in slots available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for individuals who arrive between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. . Individuals who walk in may not be seen due to staff availability, with the exception of individuals whose filing deadlines will expire in 60 days or less. See https://www.eeoc.gov/employees/timeliness.cfm for more information about filing deadlines. All other individuals who walk in will be asked to make an appointment. Our reception area is located on the 11th floor and all visitors must present a photo ID at the building security desk.
