||The Philadelphia District Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Walk-in hours for filing a charge are Monday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Since limited staff is available each day for interviews, which may be time consuming, individuals wishing to file a charge are advised to arrive by 10:00 a.m. for the best opportunity to have a charge taken the same day.
Walk-in interviews will not be conducted on October 25-27, 2016. Staff will be available to receive intake questionnaires but no interviews will be conducted. Normal hours will resume on October 31st.
To expedite the intake process, prior to your visit to the Philadelphia District Office, please take the assessment found at https://egov.eeoc.gov/eas/ and bring the completed Intake Questionnaire with you.
If you live outside Philadelphia and surrounding vicinities (20-25 mile radius) or a disability prevents you from coming in person, please mail your Intake Questionnaire to our office.
