Dr. Marc Bendick, Jr. is a Washington-based economist with 30 years' experience as a researcher, policy analyst, and consultant specializing in employment. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Wisconsin (with distinction) and a B.A. in economics and social psychology (with honors) from the University of California, Berkeley.

Marc has served as an expert witness in more than 175 employment discrimination cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. These have included litigation on behalf of the EEOC, OFCCP, and Department of Justice, as well as many of the nation's largest employment class actions, including Dukes v. Wal-Mart. He is also a consultant on workforce diversity management to major employers such as Macy's Department Stores and The World Bank.

Marc is the author of 125 scholarly publications, including four books, many articles in refereed journals, and testimony before Congressional committees.
